The office development for African Population and Health Research Centre (APHRC) located in Kitisuru, Nairobi was started in January 2010 and completed on September 2011.
The project involves the development of a four storey office block to house offices, a research centre, boardrooms and a theatre hall.
The works entail among others basement parking, external sub-basement parking, road works, boundary walling and gate house, a borehole and waste treatment plant.
