MAURICE MACHARIA

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Maurice is a registered Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi. He is a dependable and organized team player with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently and is skilled at building relationships with employees across all levels of the organization. Maurice is also a Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya. He is proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite and has a strong skill for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports. He is also experienced at compiling and following strict budgets and has excellent analytical and mathematical skills to handle project costs. His strong organizational and time management skills have been key in ensuring timely completion of projects. Maurice also participates in the preparation of proposals. include the ability to structure complex transactions, negotiations, analytical and decision making skills, project management, ability to work with multi-disciplinary as well as multi-cultural teams.
