DR. PHILIP MUCHUNGU

Position:DIRECTOR | Senior Quantity Surveyor

Philip is a registered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. He holds a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Construction Project Management from the University of Nairobi. He is a Corporate Member of the Architectural Association of Kenya, a Corporate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya, a member of the Kenya Association of Project Managers as well as a Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management. He is a respected and self‐motivated professional, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. He is extensively experienced in handling large‐scale projects from feasibility and conceptual design through to construction and handover. Philip is also highly skilled in tracking details, communicating deadlines, and following up with internal and external partners to ensure timely completion of project deadlines all while remaining on budget. His attention to detail, broad knowledge and experience in project development has seen him develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and all members of the team both as a leader and expert consultant.
